Wing and a Plan

A talking penguin named Morris works from deep within his Antarctic hideaway while formulating a plan to unseat the humans who control the world and oppress his kind.
Armed with a Cold War relic and a flock of somewhat willing volunteers, Morris marches forward with visions of a Mighty Penguin Army...until the shortcomings of his own kind derail his plans for Penguin Domination.
