oil recovery enhancementThis book, based on the basic theory and definition of seepage mechanics,
analyzes and studies experimental data of the capillary number experimental
curve QL. The chemical oil displacement experiment core micro-spatial char-
acteristics of the oil and water distribution model is established, which shows
the structure of core microscopic pore space and the condition of oil and water
distribution. The establishment of the microscopic model explains the capillary
number curve morphologic change, deepening understanding of the capillary
number curve and making the study of chemical flooding experiment (test) deep
into reservoir microscopic space. Based on the theoretical research results, the
authors put forward the “digital oil displacement test” research method, which
was used to study chemical flooding in four oil production plants in Daqing
Oilfield.
